Terms of use
Perp Shadow Capture Archive is an operator-managed tool for preserving selected public market-data recordings. This website explains the application; visiting it does not open a trading account, subscribe to a paid service, or grant Google Drive access.
Authorized use
Only an account owner or an authorized administrator may link an account or select files for archiving. Archive only material you are entitled to store, in accordance with data-source licensing, applicable rules and the destination account's terms. Do not include passwords, trading keys, unrelated personal files or other people's private data.
Operational limits
The application depends on the operator's server, network, Google authorization, account quota and third-party availability. Testing-mode authorization may expire after approximately seven days. Upload success, matching metadata and successful full-content verification are different states; none should be substituted for another.
Continuous unattended operation, disaster recovery and retention require independent validation. The application does not promise uninterrupted collection, unlimited storage, zero data loss or a complete market-data history. Keep independent copies of important material and check actual verification receipts before considering local deletion.
No trading or financial advice
This archive application does not place orders, manage investments or guarantee strategy performance. Historical recordings and research results are not a promise of future returns. Brokerage, exchange and research services, if separately configured, are outside this website.
Account control and discontinuation
The account owner controls authorization and can revoke it through Google. Existing stored files require separate removal. Access should be stopped if authorization, account ownership or intended use changes. See the privacy policy for data handling and removal requests.
Costs and changes
This information website does not accept payments or enroll visitors in paid plans. Storage, bandwidth and third-party account charges depend on the account owner's separate agreements. The operator should obtain explicit approval before buying services or materially expanding access.
Operating conditions may change as the tool is validated. The date above identifies this notice. Contact the project administrator through the existing private communication channel for questions; do not provide credentials here.
